Hello - We have a lovely room available in a swish basement flat in Newington Green, we’re signing a new contract from 1st October and would need the new housemate to be named on it alongside us.

🏠 Located in Newington Green/Stoke Newington. There is the option of 2 rooms, the larger is £1,080 inclusive of bills per month; the smaller is 995 inclusive of bills per month. This also includes a fortnightly cleaner for common spaces. Deposit is £865 to be paid to old tenant (Deposit is secured in a DPS, the name will be changed on the DPS to make you a recipient).

The room is partially furnished, with a bed and mattress and a built-in double wardrobe.

The flat has a washer/drier, dishwasher, and the bathroom is shared with one other flatmate.

The living room/kitchen is open plan and has large patio doors that open into two courtyards which are often open during summer or for drinks.

The nearest station is Canonbury Overground or Highbury & Islington underground station for quick journeys into central London, plus there's plenty of amenities and great cafes and wine spots nearby.

🙋‍♂ You will be sharing with 3 flatmates who partially work from home.

Emma: A local vet that is loves a wine come the weekend while also signing up for run club and a hit class come saturday morning. Em has her dog's come and visit so must be okay with dogs in the house.

Judah: A chess mistro from the land down under. This Tasmanian devil knows his way around a pool table and isn’t afraid to show it. He’s also a podcast connoisseur with a thirst for knowledge as well as beer.

Joe: An lanky english gentleman that works in music. A proud cat dad he enjoys a chin wag, always down for a beer and adding to the house film collection.

Miso: Queen of the house, our large and in-charge scaredie cat, very much her flat and we’re all just living in it.

We are all friends and have a great flat dynamic where we like to spend time together, go to the pub or to a gig, whilst equally respecting each others space.

About you:
- Late 20s to mid thirties.
- Keen for a woman to keep the balance in the flat but open to anyone if you’re the right fit
- Likes the odd pub quiz or occasional house party.
- Tidy - cleans up after themselves and keeping the house tidy.
- Must like living with cats and happy with dogs staying in the house
- Fun and chatty that wants to contribute to a home.
