We have an oversized, unfurnished double bedroom in a three bedroom flat on Mildmay Road available.

It’s a well maintained Georgian flat with 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen/dining and a huge garden with friendly neighbours.

You’ll be living with two Australians - Sammy and Anouck, both from Perth, in their early 30s and lots of fun. Sammy is a creative in advertising and Anouck works in consulting. They’re both mostly in the office with 1-2 days at home.

They like to keep the flat clean and tidy, share an occasional dinner or wine together but have their own things going on too.

The room will suit someone who’s mostly in the office, is clean and tidy, and looking for a social vibe.

The location is incredible. Mildmay Road is a beautiful, tree-lined street with pubs, cafes, restaurants, wine bars, grocers and more on your doorstep. You’ll never want to leave…

But if you have to, it’s well connected with Dalston Kingsland, Dalston Junction and Canonbury overground stations a 10 minute walk away. And there’s plenty of buses (141, 236, 73, 476, 341) and lime bikes too.

Rent is £1230 pm + bills which are usually around £200. The room is available from 8 Sep for a lease transfer.
