I have a lovely, quiet, spare room available to rent, Mon-Fri.
It’s a light, spacious room with double bed, fully furnished with a built-in wardrobe, small desk, chest of drawers, armchair and a large window with views over gardens to the rear. There is shared use of the large sitting room and attractive kitchen-diner with a terrace.
Newington Green is a great location with lots of good local shops and restaurants within walking distance and also good transport links in several directions. Canonbury Overground is 10-15 minutes’ walk, Arsenal underground is 20 minutes’ walk and there are easy buses to Highbury & Islington, Angel, Old Street and Manor House.
I’m 59, a consultant in the arts/not for profit sector, have a good sense of fun and a range of interests including arts and culture, astronomy, travelling and jazz singing.
