Beautiful Studio Newington Green

Absolutely lovely, bright studio space in wonderful Newington Green. Letting my room in a two bed flat while away from February 19th. Available at least a month with opportunity for a few weeks more. Flat is set up as two studio spaces (each with its own living and dining space) that share a bathroom and kitchen. Whole flat has recently redone appliances / finishes and was all freshly painted this past autumn. Room is so bright and cozy with gorgeous period features including a fireplace. You’ll have access to the whole flat but the set up means you have your own space and freedom to have friends over etc. without getting in each other’s way. Sharing with an awesome flatmate. She’s clean, sweet as can be, and all around awesome. Bills, wifi, and such all included so totally hassle free. You’re a ten minute walk to lovely Dalston and twenty minute walk to Highbury and Islington. The Green is equipt with a Tesco, and an amazing array of top restaurants and cafes.
