We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our detached house share 5 mins from Nine Elms station on a short-term let. Ideally 3-4 months.
Transport:
The property is located on a lovely quiet street just off Wandsworth road and is very close to Nine Elms (Northern Line), Vauxhall (Victoria line) and Stockwell (Northern line) tube stations; as well as a main bus station, Overground and national rail trains, so the house has great transport links and connected with all of London.
Local Area:
There are plenty of supermarkets, parks, gyms, restaurants and pubs in the area. The house is only 1 mile away from the beautiful green spaces Battersea Park and Clapham Common which are great spots to walk and relax and there is a great view of Battersea Power Station from our peaceful roof terrace.
Room:
The room is a lovely cosy attic double bedroom perfect for escaping the rigours of central London. The room is furnished with a double bed with built in storage, work from home desk space, clothes hanging rack, shelves unit, clothes drawer, bedside table, large mirror and large tv.
The room has an en suite toilet and sink which is really useful.
Roof Terrace:
The house has a beautiful outdoor roof terrace, perfect for relaxing with a coffee or socialising in the seating area, with lovely views across the neighbourhood and into central London. You can smoke on the roof terrace.
Kitchen: There is a large modern kitchen with dining table, chairs, fridge/ freezer and dishwasher and washing machine.
Bathroom: The flat has a shared bathroom with toilet, sink, bath and shower and storage.
