The flat has a balcony, wine fridge, beautiful furniture and loadssss of storage. There is a 24/7 concierge service so it’s really safe, gym, cinema and other communal areas and gardens included in the price of the rent.

Lovely modern bathroom to yourself with bath and shower and loads of mirror cupboard space. Bedroom is large with a wardrobe, dressing table and beautifully finished with a comfy brand new mattress.

5 minutes walk from Vauxhall station (Victoria line, 20 mins door to door into Oxford Circus and Green Park) , Overground (1 stop to Clapham Junction and Waterloo) walking distance into Pimlico and Victoria and super close to Battersea Park and Power Station for lovely pubs, restaurants and weekend walks!

I’m looking for a working professional who is super clean, tidy and friendly. I’m not a huge party animal so would appreciate someone similar
