The flat is on the 3rd floor and fully furnished; we have a combined kitchen/dining room (with a washing machine) connecting to a balcony; along with a living room, main bathroom, separate shower / WC . There is also a communal park perfect for the summer.
The Neighbourhood:
We are just across from Nine Elms station half a minute walk (Northern line) and the massive Sainsbury’s. The next closest station is Vauxhall 5-10-minute walk (Victoria line)
The Flatmates:
You’ll be living with a professional gay guy working in banking; currently going to the office 2 to 3 times a week. I am clean and tidy, enjoy socialising and having a couple of drinks after work now and then, but also respect other’s privacy.
Availability:
October 28, rent Is £1200 (includes all bills and council tax) plus £1200 deposit. The current flatmate is leaving mid October so there is a chance to move in earlier.
