Two rooms available in this large 3 bed flat, living in landlord (not me, I’m the agent - will be there in total a couple months per year, rest of time is abroad) their preference is female tenants as their daughter visits sometimes and uses the main room, all bills included, large living room shared and large terrace/patio also shared. there is 2 bathrooms, one to be shared between the two rooms for rental.
