Hello!

I'm subletting a single room and I'm looking for good-natured lodger for a bright three-bedroom flat near Nine Elms. I've been here for over 6 years now so I see this place as my home and treat it in such way. I'm looking for someone who will also see this space that way so someone who is considerate, responsible and friendly and definitely MUST be tidy and help contribute in looking after the place.
This is a sublet arrangement. I rent the apartment and will be subletting the spare room and as such I act as a live-in landlord but I don't own this property.

I'm Patryk, 31 years old gay guy from Poland. I've been in London over 11 years and currently work in speciality coffee business so if you're a foodie or a coffee addict then I can definitely recommend a place or two.

I'm a fairly introverted person so prefer to chill in rather than go out every weekend and I tend to keep myself busy with gym, cycling, gaming and currently studying too. I like to think I'm pretty chilled and easy going.

Megan works in woman's sportswear design. She works around 2/3 days from home. She enjoys running and reading in her spare time and she likes to go out from time to time, probably bit more than me.

Please, do note that this room might not be super suitable for a very light sleeper as it faces New Convent Garden which operates at night though non of the previous flatmates had any issues because of that)

Some bills are included such as 1GBps optic fibre broadband, council tax and water.
Additional bills:
- gas and electricity (between £40 (most of the year) and £70 (coldest months) per person

-cleaning visits every two weeks( £34 per visit so around £11.5 per person per visit)

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of a purpose-built block. You'll have access to a shared living room with a dining table, shared bathroom with separate toilet, kitchen (including gas cooker, washing machine and the all-important dishwasher and private parking for residents. There's also a communal garden.

I'm looking for someone who will treat this place as home rather than hotel or airbnb. Friendly, relaxed and considerate and not afraid of cleaning and keeping the place tidy. Not really a party place but a space to relax. Must be gay friendly :)

The flat is a 5 minutes walk from Nine Elms station,12 minute walk from Vauxhall station (zone 1/2) and a 14 minute walk from Stockwell station (zone 2), and well-served by local buses (77, 87, 196, 452).
