After almost three years in this wonderful flat I am moving in with my partner so looking for someone to take my place. The current contract is due to end June 2025.
It's a lovely 3 bed flat which was completely renovated in 2022. We have two balconies (one could store a bike) and a gorgeous communal garden (great for dogspotting). It also comes with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The room is big, it comes with a bed, wardrobe and bedside table.
Brilliantly located, 30 seconds walk from Nine Elms tube and the big Sainsburys and 12 minutes walk from Vauxhall for the overground and Victoria line. 20 minutes walk to Battersea Power Station.
The other housemates are Connie (23) and Nehl (27). Connie is a civil servant and Nehl is a pharmaceutical consultant. We’re all great friends who enjoy debriefs and doing flat activities, and also appreciate our own space.
There's lots of permit street parking around the flat and free parking on weekends. The landlord is a large private company who we have always found helpful and efficient.
Rent - £860/pcm
Bills - approx £130/pcm
Requirements from the landlord:
• Applicants must have no bankruptcies, or CCJs on record
• Applicants must provide satisfactory landlord references
• Applicants must be able to provide income references, showing earnings of at least 30x your share of the
monthly rent from a permanent employment income
If you are unable to meet the above criteria then we require you to provide the details of a suitable Guarantor for referencing. They must meet the above criteria or be a UK resident. Alternatively you can make your rental payments 6 or 12 months in advance.
