Hello!
Our flatmate will be moving out end of May so we're looking for substitutes for their double room starting from June 1st (dates can be somewhat flexible from end of may)
About the room & flat------------------------------
3 bed flat (2 bathrooms)
The room is a spacious double bed with amazing natural light, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and plenty extra space for a desk. The bed and lights are new.
The flat has a living room, kitchen (equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge and all utensils etc) and shared bathroom (you will only need to share the bathroom with one other person, as the other room is an ensuite). It also has a terrace we share with the flat above ours.
It is very safe, 30 seconds from the tube, and there's only one other flat in our building.
The windows face a small internal street and the area is mostly residential with lots of families.
Bills are not included in the rent and amount to £140/month. This covers high speed internet, water, electricity/gas/heating, tv licence and council tax.
The area and facilities-------------------------------
The flat is minutes away by foot from Nine Elms station and 15 minutes away from Vauxhall and Stockwell. There are plenty of supermarkets and a large Sainsburys at walking distance. There are a couple of gyms and a public library not far from the flat as well.
We are just a 15 mins walk away from Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park and 30 minutes away from Brixton, Clapham. There are lots of green areas just around the corner.
About flatmates---------------------------------------------
One is a 32 year old Italian working in Marketing research. I'm quiet (but not shy!) and enjoy spending my free time reading, writing, drawing and exploring the city.
The other is 30, outgoing, enjoys reading, hiking, cooking and exploring new countries.
