THE ROOM -

With a brand new bed frame and mattress from Emma Original, you're guaranteed to enjoy a good night's sleep every night. The room also features a built-in wardrobe and storage space under the bed, ensuring that you have ample space for your belongings. The room includes the bed as in the photo above. The place also has a shared kitchen and bathroom.

AVAILABILITY

The room's available is on a 4 week monthly rolling contract, so you can move in to start enjoying life in the city. With just three flatmates in total, including two LGBTQ professional males, you'll experience a warm and inclusive community atmosphere in your new home.

LOCATION

4 minutes walk to the brand new Nine Elms Underground Station which is 9 minutes to Leicester Square. The flat is also a 10 minute walk to Stockwell Underground station.

Living in Nine Elms/Stockwell has its benefits too. There are plenty of local amenities, including supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, and bars.

The area is flanked with a number of supermarkets at close reach ~5 minute walk to Tesco and a large Sainsbury's and Waitrose located adjacent to the US Embassy.
Parking is available too if required.

BILLS

Your monthly rent of £950 includes council tax, water rates, internet, and a cleaner, with gas and electricity.
Note there is no common living room.
