1 double room in a friendly 2 bed! Nine Elms

Looking for a new housemate for this 2 bed ground floor flat in Nine Elms, since the last one is moving onto greener pastures.
Council Tax Band B, Lambeth.

Rent: £860/month
Bills: roughly £120/month
Deposit: £1010 (ad wouldn't let me post above £1000 for some reason)

- 1 minute walk from Nine Elms tube station, 10 minute walk from Vauxhall station and 13 minute walk to Stockwell stations

- Double bedroom with built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers (different to photo) - the desk and book shelf will be going.

- It'll take about a month after finding someone to change the contracts before you can move in.

- There's a kitchen, bath shower, furnished living room, washing machine etc.

- Reliable 150MB WiFi and contents insurance

Ideally looking for someone sociable who won't lock themselves away in their room the whole time, but your privacy will ofc be respected! I have friends over fairly often for film nights, dinners, drinks etc., so would be ideal to have someone up for joining that kind of thing. Weekdays are pretty chill generally, and then weekends there'll sometimes be pre's, the odd party or a sunday roast.

It's also worth mentioning that there's a family that lives upstairs with 3 young children that can be a bit loud sometimes.
