1st of May Nine Elms Room in Modern 3 bed

Currently 2 lads, one scottish, one midlander, met at University and have been working in London ever since graduation. We are clean, young professionals, who love socialising, sports and also the occasional quiet night in.

We are council tax band C.

We sort bills and broadband ourselves. Currently our total bills package, (energy, wifi, tv, water etc.) once divided by 3, is approx. £100. Note this may fluctuate depending on usage i. e. seasonal and the TV bill includes everything e. g. Netflix, sky sports, sky cinema etc.

We use split-wise to calculate and pay communal costs e. g. bills, toilet roll, dishwasher tablets etc.
