Currently looking to rent out this double room (with space for a desk) as our flatmate is going travelling.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of a beautifully converted Victorian terrace house. The house was renovated in 2023, boasting an open plan living room and kitchen with top-of-the-range appliances including an induction hob, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, and integrated microwave, oven, and wine cooler. The house also comes with a large garden and roof-terrace, as well as a built-in steam room. There’s also an option for street parking.

Current house mates: M (30) works in Consultancy, F (29) works in Social Impact, and M (29) works in Tech. We’ve been friends for years and we are into running & hyrox, cooking, and traveling. We enjoy the occasional movie with a bottle of wine.

Would be nice to rent out the room initially for 2 months with the option to extend (can message for further details).

Situated right on the border of Nine Elms and Vauxhall, it is a short walk (> 5 mins) to both stations and shops.
