Nine elms- Double room available in a 2 bed house

Hello everyone!
I’m Federico, 33, originally from Italy and I’m a private chef👨🏻‍🍳

London has been home for the past 12 years.
I have been living in this flat for more than three years, and I genuinely think it’s a great find. Good space, great location (Zone 1), and well looked after.
Closest station is Nine Elms which is 8min walk , 10min walk to Battersea power station, 12min walk to Stockwell and 15min walk to Vauxhall (Victoria line)

The room is spacious (much bigger than it looks in pictures , that’s what people who are currently coming for viewings are commenting ), comes with a double bed, a bedside table, and a great built-in wardrobe. The flat was refurbished just before I moved in, so everything is in good shape.

The room will be available from the 22nd of November and I’m open for both long and short term

Ideally looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, and respectful. It would be lovely to have a housemate I can get along with and be friends with, rather than just share a space.
My passions include wine, several sports, discovering new restaurants / wine bars / cafes in London and would be good to find someone who shares the same passions but not a dealbreaker obviously:)
