Nine elms- Double room available in a 2 bed house

Hello everyone!

I’m Federico, 33, originally from Italy, currently working as private chef👨🏻‍🍳

London has been home for the past 12 years.
I have been living in this flat for more than three years, and I genuinely think it’s a great find. Good space, great location (Zone 1), and well looked after.
Closest station is Nine Elms which is 8min walk , 10min walk to Battersea power station, 12min walk to Stockwell and 15min walk to Vauxhall

Unfortunately my current flatmate has just given me notice and he is moving out to go and live with his partner, so I’m looking for someone to take over his room and make this place their home. The room is spacious, comes with a double bed, a bedside table, and a great built-in wardrobe. The flat was refurbished just before I moved in, so everything is in good shape. You’d be sharing the flat just with me, so no crowded house-share situation :)
There is only one bathroom but I have never had any issues sharing it with my previous housemates ( I have shared the house with a girl as well and there were no issues as we had completely different work schedule)

I’d love to find someone with similar passions, discovering great food, running, tennis, and going out for different activities.

There’s also a gym literally three minutes from the house which has sauna and steam room facilities, and the membership is really good value, I go there regularly, so happy to share the details if you’re interested.

Ideally looking for a professional who is tidy, respectful, and understands the balance of flat-sharing. I’m very easy going and love to create a friendly environment at home so of course, someone who enjoys sharing a meal and a bottle (or 2) of good wine would be great but I also understand everyone needs their own space.

Move-in date is Monday 3rd of November but my flatmate is flexible so happy to move out the weekend of 1-2Nov if it's easier for the new person to move in over the weekend.
As I mentioned in the ad rent is £1150 plus bills.
