Looking for a flatmate to join us for 2 months

Hi Everyone!

Our current housemate is moving out of this cosy double room so looking for someone to take it over ASAP until August 29th! It is a 3 bed flat with a comfortably sized kitchen and cosy living room.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Rent is £733 with bills being roughly around £150 per month (including council tax).

I have lived in the flat for 4 years and Cam has been here for a year, it's 10-15min walk from Clapham Common,
15-20min walk to both Nine Elms and Stockwell and It has great bus routes 1/2min walk just outside the flat.

You would be living with 1 female (24) (me) and 1 male (25) (Cam), we are both musicians working all kinds of jobs, sometimes working from home doing admin!

We're friendly, love a night out and flat dinners but also respect each others different schedules and like to keep the house as a nice tidy space to come home to.

No students or couples please.
