The big window has a lovely view of the internal garden and welcomes the sunlight in the morning and light throughout the day.
The flat has 1 shared bathroom with a bathtub, a living room with a new sofa, TV and dining table and a fully equipped kitchen and two nice balconies.

You'll be living really close to the Nine Elms Tube Station (1-minute walk), next to a big Sainsbury's, a 10 minute walk to the Vauxhall Tube Station and a nice 15 minute walk to Battersea Power Station!

The two current lovely LGBTQ+ flatmates are both professionals in their early 30's, super tidy, clean and respectful of the common areas and are looking for the same from their new flatmate!

Bills come close to £100 pounds on top of the monthly rent. They include internet, water, electricity, council tax.
