Hi guys! We’ve got a lot of messages to sort through and both working/busy as well so please bare with us as we try and sort through messages!
The Room:
Spacious, modern, and bright double room in a 3-bedroom flat in SW8 (Nine Elms/ Stockwell) Fully furnished including a double bed, bedside locker, chest of drawers, and built-in wardrobe.
Bills usually are 90ish each. So full amount paid each month of rent plus bills will be around £920 (though the landlord may put rent up a little when renegotiating the contract!)
The Flat:
We are the first-floor flat in a converted house, there is one bathroom, an open-plan kitchen/ living room, and a large private roof terrace. Perfect for having a glass of wine and chatting away in front of a beautiful sunset! 🌅 The flat was fully renovated when we moved in 4 years ago so everything is still in great condition.
The letting agents are great and fix anything as soon as it breaks or send over their contractors whenever we need them.
We moved in during covid so got a great price for this amazing flat, we really love it!
The area:
The flat is located on a quiet residential street just off Wandsworth road. You’re only a 5minute walk from Nine Elms station (northern line) and 10-15 minute walk to Stockwell or Vauxhall (Victoria line). There’s also great bus links to get you to Clapham, Brixton, elephant and castle etc. You can even walk to Clapham in about 20 minutes or Battersea park/Battersea Power Station! All round great location for a great wee flat 👌🏼
Living with:
You’ll be living with Lucy from Scotland (25) who is a finance analyst at a snacking company (free chocolate is included 🍫🤪) and Louise from Ireland (26) who is a Radiographer! We’re both super chatty but also love to just chill out when we get the chance! Looking for someone who will make this house a home and we can be friends with as opposed to just living in the same place! Ideally we’re looking for someone with a chill, outgoing vibe who cleans up after themselves and will settle nicely into our home! 😊 Move in date will be the 24th of August:
