Double Room To Rent In SW8

Hi, everyone, I have my room to rent as I am moving out to live with my partner . The contract finishes in February, but I do believe it will be possible to extended it. There are 2 females living at the moment. They are pretty chilled, just to note that it is not a party house also we try to maintain our flat clean as possible. And always up to for a glass of wine with a nice dinner.
I am looking for working professional female between 25 to 40 years old. The house has separate toilet and bathroom also big living room with the balcony. Your room will have built in wardrobe. Room comes unfurnished. There are some additional storages in the corridor.
House is located about 10-15 min from Battersea power station tube. You have busses around also if you walk a bit further you have Wandsworth overground as well. Also busses 344 takes you to Liverpool street if you work in the city.

Electricity we do top up every month £15-£20 so it does last quiet long,
Gas bill we pay ever 3 months last bill was £198.95 as for 3 people is not too bad at all.
Our water bill is now £51.73 ; Council tax – it is cheapest council tax in all UK around £71 a month and Internet £24

Bills and Rent :

The rent is 810 pounds includes all bills expect electricity which we top up in rounds and gas bill which comes every 3months.
Not bad at all as you will be living in Zone 1 :)

Just to let you the refence will be checked before moving in. I could consider if you need to move in earlier.
