This is a live-out landlord property (landlord does not live in the flat).

I have 2 rooms to let in a freshly refurbished flat opposite Nine Elms station (2-minute walk). These rooms are only available for a long let with a 12-month contract.

- All bills included.
- Fast broadband fiber 1000mb included.
- Smart HD TV in each room with access to Netflix, YouTube, and TV channels, etc.
- Each room comes with a built-in wardrobe and an extra brand new wardrobe with full-length mirrors.
- Brand new bed (with all the storage under the bed—ottoman bed frame) and brand new mattress.
- TV licence will be paid by me.
- Council tax will be paid by me as well as all other bills such as electricity and water.

Please note that there is no living room; however, the kitchen is spacious, and hence the prices are low.

The flat is a 2-minute walk from Nine Elms station and a big Sainsbury’s megastore, Argos, and Starbucks.

Several gyms are within a 2-10 minute walk.
The flat is 10 minutes away from Battersea and 8 minutes away from Vauxhall stations.
Excellent transport links with many buses outside the flat.

I’m looking for good tenants who can respect each other and live peacefully.

You will be sharing the flat with a male (works in finance lovely guy, super welcoming and sweet) and a male (works in health / orthopaedic ).

Both rooms are available from 1st April.
