About the flat:

Spacious room (15'6 x 14'7) with three skylights available in a LGBT+ friendly household! Lovely large open living room and kitchen, with one main bathroom and another smaller bathroom (not en suite). I will be taking the smaller room in the flat. It is a top floor flat so there are no neighbours, it is a great quiet space a short walk away from both Nine Elms station and Stockwell. There is also a very large Sainsburys nearby for food shops where you can find anything you'd like, very convenient place to be location wise!

Costs:
Rent monthly £2600

For one person this would be £1450 and for a couple I'd ask us to split 3 ways at £866.66 each.

Total cost for one person: £1604.5
Total cost for a couple: £975.66 each or £1951.32

I am open to conversation around this as I want to be as fair as possible, let me know if you have any questions.

Rent £2600
Council Tax: £187 (10 payments over 12 months so about £156 per month)
Water: £200 twice a year (roughly 33.33 per month)
Energy: £100 each month
Internet £20 each month
Total: £309 per month split. Between two this would be £154.5 each and between three it would be £103 each monthly

My partner Ryan is in Belfast and I will be visiting him frequently, leaving the flat to whoever moves in to have it to themselves when I am away! Currently I am considering moving to be with him at the 6 months break clause at the start of March 2025.

The flat originally came unfurnished and most of the furniture is mine, but I expect to be leaving/ selling a good portion of it before this move so once I'm moving in we can have a conversation about what would be staying - just highlighting this for folks that for sure want a furnished flat. It is a very spacious flat so we can really re-organise together with whatever you're bringing in.

I'm an artist working for a video game company in London but I'm originally from the US. I've been here the past 8 years making cool games with great people - I'm very creative, very tidy, love to watch silly shows & anime and I have lots of plants and books.

I'm an early bird (usually get up around 7am) and I work only a walk away from the flat. I usually go into the office a few times a week but lately I've been going in every day. On weekends I enjoy hanging out reading books, playing games and going out or chatting with friends online. I'm a bit of an introvert but if you have similar interests I'd love to hang out in the lovely shared space when we both have energy.

I am looking for creative like-minded folks, that are in a similar place in their life and careers. Ideally we would have similar schedules so I don't disrupt you in the mornings/ we don't disturb each other at night. I am hoping to find someone that would also want to take great care of this flat the way I have for the last 4 years I've called it home.
