I'm looking for a new flatmate to share 2-bed flat in a great central location. The room is cozy and the flat has a shared bathroom, living room, and kitchen.
About Me:
- I'm 28, an architect, and work full-time in the office.
- I enjoy music, playing instruments, and 3D printing.
- I like to keep shared spaces clean and tidy.
The Room:
- Ideal for a young professional.
- You’ll be taking over the current flatmate's contract, which runs until the end of January 2024, with the option to renew if agreed with the landlord.
Location:
- 5-7 minutes to Nine Elms Tube
- 10 minutes to Vauxhall
- 12 minutes to Oval Tube
- Access to the Northern and Victoria Lines, and National Rail from Vauxhall
Details:
- Bills are not included and usually come to around £150-200 per person, including council tax.
- I’ll be hosting viewings next week for those interested.
