Double room flat by Nine Elms station (sublet)

I'm looking for clean, easy-going person to sublet my room in Nine Elms (zone 1) for all of August while I go home for a bit.

My flatmates are Adam and Dom (30 & 27) who are both easy-going and laid back. Adam works in Corporate Strategy and likes attending our local triathlon club, while Dom is more into his basketball.

The flat is in a great location right by Nine Elms station (Northern line) and within 10 minutes' walk of both Vauxhall (Victoria line, National Rail) and Stockwell (Northern & Victoria lines) stations. Commuting to most places in central London takes no more than 30 mins (e. g., Bank, Paddington, Kings-Cross) and you can get to Canary Wharf in ~35 mins. Beyond that, you'd struggle to find anywhere in London that takes longer than an hour to get to!

A bit more about the place:
It's a newly renovated first floor furnished flat. There's a large living area with a dining table, chairs, sofa, and 55" TV. The kitchen is modern and comes with a large fridge-freezer, induction stove, washing machine, and dishwasher. The bathroom is also clean and spacious. We have 2 balconies (with enough space to store a bike), one of which is overlooking a large, shared (but often quiet) garden area that you will have access to. There is no need to bring any communal kitchen appliances, cleaning products, etc. as you will be welcome to use ours.

The bedroom itself is a large (the largest of the 3) size and comes with a double-bed and wardrobe as standard. The chest of drawers, desk, and chair are mine which you are free to use (e. g., if you want to work from home). You will also be welcome to use my bedding, but I will be sure to move my clothes and smaller items out of your way.

My rent is £970pcm but I'm open to offers, and don't worry about paying any bills! I'll clean the flat and my room before you arrive, all I ask is that you leave it in the same state that you find it.

We think this is a lovely flat in a perfect location with great housemates (even if we do say so ourselves!).
