I'm looking for a flatmate to join me in a really lovely 2-bed flat with a living room in Zone 1! The location is amazing, only a 5 minute walk to Nine Elms or Stockwell stations. The area is incredibly green, and has tons of cool pubs and restaurants. I’ve been here for a month and absolutely love it!

You'd be sharing with me, Raz (26), an artist/retail worker, and my cat, Kiki. I'm a friendly, creative person who'd love to live with someone likeminded! I like cooking Asian food, I’m very open-minded, and I’d love to share my flat with someone easygoing who’s also looking for a chilled home and a flatmate they can call a friend.

IDEAL FLATMATE/HOUSEKEEPING:
🎨 A good communicator who’s responsible, respectful and friendly, who values and takes care of their living space. Someone who is open to spending time together now and then but also values private time.
🧼 Someone clean and tidy who's mindful of keeping things pleasant to use, e. g. dishes not piling up in the sink, messes being cleaned up after they’re made, etc.
🌞 Consideration of each other, e. g. no large gatherings/parties without discussing it first, no loud music/etc late in the night, that sort of thing; not a party flat.
🐱 Unfortunately I can’t accept anyone with pets, as my cat is very stressed out by other animals :(
