This 2-bed flatshare has been made available to me and I’m looking for a house mate to take the other room.
It’s a double room with an attached en-suite.
It is in a prime location, 5 mins walk to both Nine Elms tube station and Vauxhall station.
There are also bus links outside to both Clapham, and Central London.
The flat is 5mins walk from the river, so plenty of nice scenic walking/running routes.
There are many perks to this flat, including a big kitchen/living area, a balcony, both a gym and swimming pool in the building, and 24-hour concierge.
Looking for a chill flatmate that is sociable and enjoys hanging out the odd time, would be good to have a gym/running partner but not a necessity at all ☺️ just the normal really.
I work from the office 3 days per week and home the other 2. There’s plenty of space to work from home.
Proof of employment/salary will be required by the agency.
Viewings of the flat will be available from 2nd September onwards, but I’d like to meet over video or for a coffee briefly to make sure we’d be a good suit as housemates.
