Large double room in Nine Elms (Zone 1)

Large double room to rent in Nine Elms (Zone 1)

We are looking for somebody to take on the room in our flatshare from Wednesday 30th October. The guy living there currently has been here since we moved in back in 2021. He is moving out as he is looking for a place with his girlfriend

The room itself is spacious, and has lots of room for a desk, lots of storage, a double bed and still lots of floor space. (Plus it has two large windows!!) The furniture that is currently in the room can be kept for you, or if you have your own stuff, we can also get rid of it.

The flat itself has an open plan kitchen/living area which we have fully furnished so if you dont have much stuff, dont worry!!

The area:
- 1-2 minute walk to Nine Elms tube station (Northern Line) & a massive Sainsburys
- 5- 10 minute walk to Vauxhall underground & overground
- 5-10 minute walk to Stockwell underground & a Lidl
- 10-15 minite walk to Battersea Power Station

We are open to guys or girls and preferably looking for someone who is first and foremost clean & tidy, but equally someome who is similar to us in that they're social, enjoys doing things as a flat, but also respectful of others space.

Youll be living with me and another guy. I'm 25 y/o, originally from Northern Ireland - Ive also been in this flat since 2021. I work in sales for a tech company and tend to be in the office 3 days a week in Canary Wharf. I'd say im pretty clean and tidy, and respectful of other peoples spaces. Aside from that I love sports, cooking, going to the pub, all the usual stuff really.

Tommy is 26 y/o from the midlands and has just moved in recently (We know eachother from Uni). He works for a charity and is in the office 4/5 days a week. Again, he is really tidy, clean and respectful of others. He'd be similar in that he also loves sport, and all the other usual stuff.
