Spacious double room in Nine Elms

Hello!

I am Sofia, current resident of the flat.

My flatmate will be moving out after our current contract ends in October so I'm looking for substitutes for their double room starting from October 1st.

About the room & flat------------------------------

This advertised room is a spacious double bed with amazing natural light, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and plenty extra space for a desk. The bed and lights are new.

The flat has a living room, kitchen (equipped with gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge) and shared bathroom. It also has a small terrace we share with the flat above ours.
The windows face a small internal street and the area is mostly residential with lots of families.

Bills are not included in the rent and amount to £135/month. This covers high speed internet, water, electricity/gas/heating, tv licence and council tax.

The area and facilities-------------------------------
The flat is two minutes away by foot from Nine Elms station and 15 minutes away from Vauxhall and Stockwell. There are plenty of supermarkets and a large Sainsburys at walking distance. There are a couple of gyms and a public library not far from the flat as well.

We are just a 15 mins walk away from Battersea Power Station, Battersea Park and 30 minutes away from Brixton, Clapham. There are lots of green areas just around the corner.
