Double Room in Nine Elms

I’m looking for a new flatmate as my existing roomie is moving East.

The flat is a two bed, one bath on Wandsworth Road with a well lit, open plan kitchen living area.

You’d be living with me, Andy, and I’d ideally like someone social who is space respecting but happy to hang out midweek or even on weekends. I work from home 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Friday) so someone more office based or flexible with their work schedule would be preferential also. Most evenings I will be crashed out on the sofa watching awful reality TV while I cook before going to the gym. My partner is also regularly at the flat as the gym we frequent is opposite.

The flat’s well located for transport connections, Nine Elms (Northern), Stockwell (Victoria and Northern) and Wandsworth Road (overground) are all around a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym opposite (literally) and a large Sainsbury’s at Nine Elms station also, with a small Tesco Express also opposite.

The room is available 22nd October when the new tenancy ends, deposit total roughly
£1,400 based on when I signed the original agreement last year.
