Double Room in Nine Elms

Hey, I’m moving out of London and am looking for someone to take over my room in Nine Elms from late November.

The flat is a two bed, one bath on Wandsworth Road with a well lit, open plan kitchen living area.

You’d be living with my flatmate Ioan, who would ideally like someone social who is space respecting but happy to hang out midweek or even on weekends.

The flat’s well located for transport connections, Nine Elms (Northern), Stockwell (Victoria and Northern) and Wandsworth Road (overground) are all around a 10 minute walk away. There is a gym opposite (literally) and a large Sainsbury’s at Nine Elms station also, with a small Tesco Express also opposite.

The room is available from November 23rd and the current tenancy agreement ends on October 23rd next year with the option to extend (I’ve lived here for two years already).
