Hello ☺️ I’m moving out of this lovely four bed flat to a different part of London and looking for someone to replace me. You’ll be sharing with Tilly, Eleanor and Lia (all working professional females aged between 24 and 26). The house is a relaxed, friendly and homely vibe. We’re social people but also like the space and comfort of our alone time. The girls enjoy going to the gym, walks, dinners, shopping etc and we’re happy to socialise or leave you to yourself (whatever you’d like!).

The room:
Double £850 including all bills (super handy in winter!)

Area:
* The flat is across the road from a massive Sainsburys which also holds a Starbucks and Argos
* Lidl is a 10 minute walk away
*Pure Gym & The Gym Group are 10 mins walk away
* Battersea Power Station & Park are 20 minutes walk away or 1 tube stop
* Takeaways and Gail’s Bakery close by

Tube/buses
* Nine Elms tube station (northern line) is 1 minute away (literally right across the road)
* Vauxhall tube station is 10 minutes walk (Victoria line)
* Vauxhall bus station is 10 minutes walk
* Nine Elms bus stop is right outside the flat

No shared lounge. Flat is fully furnished (washing machine, fridge freezer etc).

Toilet room is separate from shower room which is so handy!
