We are looking to replace our flatmate in our lovely 3-bedroom flat. The room is a spacious double, with lots of storage, a double bed, chest drawers and bedside table. The flat has a large, shared living space with big windows, offering lots of natural light, and a fully equipped kitchen. We maintain a weekly cleaning rota to keep everything tidy and organised.
You’ll be living with two professional females who are tidy and easy-going. We enjoy sharing social time, like meals together or movie nights, but we also value a relaxed and respectful home environment. Katia is active and loves going to the gym and music, while Shabnam enjoys salsa dancing, exploring London, and travelling.
We prefer a professional female who works full-time to join us. Someone who is tidy, respectful, and comfortable with our cleaning routine. Our flat is ideal for someone seeking a peaceful and friendly place, with a balance between socialising and personal space.
The area has excellent transport links in Zone 1/2 with Nine Elms (Northern Line), Stockwell (Victoria & Northern Line), Wandsworth Road (Overground) all within 10 minutes walking distance, and the bus stop right outside the flat. Nearby amenities include a large Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Lidl, Pure Gym, and Battersea Power Station, all within walking distance, as well as Battersea Park and Clapham Common.
