Kia Ora👋🏽, I am looking for the ideal housemate who is female (sorry lads) to fill a double bedroom in the heart of battersea (nine elms) until end of March/ April 2025. You will be joining a kiwi 🥝 couple in a beautiful 2 bedroom house, 10 minute walk to nine elms station and 15 minute walk to Battersea Power Station.

You will be in a spacious separate living, dining and kitchen area, with a bonus small outdoor area where you can store your bike.

Our ideal housemate would be a positive individual who is clean and respectful of the house and our neighbours above, social but at the same time has their own life and is a professional.

Transport:

10 minute walk to Nine Elms Station

15 minute walk to Vauxhall overground and a multitude of buses right on your door step.

Move in date: 11th Dec 2024 (onwards)

Room: £700 per month including bills.
