Room near nine elms/oval/vauxhall

Looking for a flatmate starting in early January. Room has a king size bed, plenty of natural light and room for a desk and built in wardrobes.

Flat comes part furnished: bed, wardrobes, sofa, dining table and a few other bits but will need to bring own kitchen items and other bits. The is a living room separate to the kitchen, also a small garden (torrential rain = no pics) but there is ample room for bikes and a BBQ. Well connected, near multiple stations, big Sainsbury's and plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby.

I am taking over the lease from my friends who have left the flat in very good condition and have loved living. I'm easy to live with, happy to grab a pint or in my own company.
