I am a 29 year old female professional and live-in landlord looking for a female housemate aged between 24 and 36. I enjoy reading, watching films and walking. The ideal flatmate would be friendly, clean and tidy.

The rent is £1550 per month. Bills (not included; G&E, water, council tax and FTTP wifi) are additional and around £100 each per month. The property potentially includes the option of on-street covered bike storage. On-street parking permits are available from the council.
