The house features a shared kitchen living area. The kitchen opens onto a roof terrace via floor-to-ceiling doors. The roof terrace has a gas barbecue.

I am a 29 year old female professional and live-in landlord looking for a female housemates aged between 24 and 36. I enjoy reading, watching films and walking. The ideal flatmate would be clean, tidy and friendly.

The rent is £1700 and £1300 per month for Rooms 1 and 2 respectively. Bills (not included; G&E, water, council tax and FTTP wifi) are an additional £100-£150 per month. The property includes potentially includes the option of on-street covered bike storage. On-street parking permits are available from the council.

The house is well located on a quiet terraced street seven minutes walk from Nine Elms station (Northern line) and less than fifteen minutes from Stockwell (Northern and Victoria lines) and Vauxhall (Victoria line and National Rail). It is two minutes from a PureGym and a small Tesco and around seven minutes from a large Sainsbury’s.

There is a pretty small park 5 minutes walk away whilst Battersea power station and park are 15 minutes walk away.
