Sunny double room for short-term let in Zone 1

Renting out my sunny double room in London SW8 whilst away in July.

Flat has two floors and two bedrooms. It features a a large kitchen, separate large living room on the 2nd floor with a balcony, as well as one main bathroom and 2 toilets.

The flat is situated on a quiet residential street and is also only a 5-minute walk from Nine Elms tube station (Northern Line Zone 1/2), 10 minutes from the river, and 15 minutes from both Battersea Power Station and Vauxhall Railway Station. There is a huge Sainsbury’s, Tesco Express, Southbank Club, PureGym and multiple parks all within 5 minutes walk.

It is a lovely, bright room in a large, spacious flat. The current flatmate is my brother (a 25 year old professional working in geopolitics). He is in the office everyday.
