New flatmate for 4th room in central gay house

Process: phone call > viewings/interviews will be booked between 6-10pm Friday 10th Jan only.

We are looking for our next flatmate for our queer house. It’s a 4 bedroom house, very central, currently with a gay couple, and 2 singles (male & female) in 3 of the rooms as the 4th has just bought an apartment we need to replace the other male.

We are looking for a flatmate who is an adult and contributes to this unique house. We are social but independent, often watch films or tv together or have drinks in the kitchen or bbqs on the terrace in summer. We all are responsible for taking care of the house and keeping drama to nil.

The room has a bed and drawers, was painted by current flatmate but you can paint yourself if it’s not your taste. All bills are included in rent paid monthly for the month ahead to our property manager, Julio.

No smoking, no princesses, no couples (one is enough), must have secure income, we cannot always respond to all messages as we get hundreds every time we have had a room to fill. Everything else will be explained in the screening call for those interested. Generic responses will probably be ignored, tell us something about you.
