Social Nine Elms/Battersea house share (Male pref)

Our wonderful flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for a new guy to move into our mixed household (total 3 boys and 3 girls to keep the balance).

The rent:
£890 per month including bills – a great deal for the area.

About us:
We’re a mixed house of six and like to keep a balance, so we’re looking for one guy. You’ll be living with myself, Henry, Katie, Emmy and Lish – we all work full-time in sports media, marketing, law, dance and TV/Film production.

The room:
Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There’s also space to add a desk and chair if you work from home.

The house:
We’ve got two bathrooms, a living room, a brand-new fully equipped kitchen, and a rooftop terrace overlooking Battersea Power Station.

The area:
The location is super convenient! We’re right next door to two gyms, about 5mins walk from the big Sainsbury’s and Nine Elms station. Battersea Power Station and Stockwell are a 10min walk away, and it’s around a 25min walk to Clapham Common and Brixton.

We enjoy doing things together (pints at the pub, festivals, watching TV/sport in the evenings, etc.) but also have our own lives. We’re looking for people who are friendly, and fit the vibe of the house.
