I'm moving out of my lovely shared flat in June to travel and looking for a like minded easy going person to replace me.

- First floor, modern open plan kitchen/living room with tv/ fibre broadband
*Please do however note*, this is not a new building/tower or modern apartment block, but in a quiet, safe lovely local community area.
The Room:
- Room Size: 2.4 metres by 3.6metres (small but well designed).
- Lovely Double Ottoman bed with built in storage (storage under bed is the size of two wardrobes)
- Mirror wardrobe. Can be changed in many ways to allow more clothing/shoes
- Chest of drawers
- Table work space, office chair, cupboard.
- Some extra storage will be available outside the room for coats, shoes, suitcases.
Transport:
You're practically on the doorstep of central London. Central, Big Ben, London Eye is 25/30 minute walk from here, so keep fit, or save your self money. Or, there are many buses and trains.
-Nine Elms Northern Line underground station. 4 mins walk. Gets you to Leicester Square, Tottenham Court road station in 10 minutes .(from Tottenham court road the Elizabeth train goes to London Heathrow Airport in 30 mins).
- Vauxhall Underground and train station. 10 minutes walk: From here you can get Victoria underground, or trains to London Gatwick airport in 40 minutes.
Shopping:
A very large Sainsbury's Hypermarket, Argos, Starbucks, 0086 Asia supermarket all 5 minutes away. Battersea power station shopping Mall 15 min walk.
You'll be living with current housemate, mid 30's male professional working in design, media, research in central London. A very tidy flat (so please no one casually tidy as it won't suit you), but still an easy going, social guy who likes eat out in London, odd weekend away, and travels a few times a year for holiday.
It's essential you are the same, This will not suit a person that stays in predominately.
You must be......
-22+ in age
- A professional or mature student that works in a professional office job/office environment, media, design, retail. Does not work from home more than 1-2 days a week.
- A very clean and tidy person
