About myself:
This was my first flat when I moved to London, and I’ve lived here ever since—exactly 16 years. I call it home. However, I’ve just bought a flat in the same area (I can’t imagine living anywhere else! 😊).

I currently share this flat with one lovely flatmate. She moved in five months ago and has also grown very attached to the neighborhood. She works Monday to Friday, 9–5, as an accountant, and works from home three days a week. She enjoys dancing, cooking, and going for walks.

I/we are seeking a respectful, tidy professional who values a peaceful living space. This is not a party flat.

All bills incl. in the rent - from November, broadband will no longer be included in the rent.

One month deposit required.

No students, No couples, No Pets, No smoking.

The flat has 3 bedrooms but max 2 tenants at any one time.
