I looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 1st May till End of September. The room is spacious and quiet as the room is upstairs and gets lots of natural Lighting. The other tenants live downstairs and my room is the occupied room upstairs.
The rent is 830 per month that includes all bills, wifi and weekly cleaning. The WC is next to my room which is very convenient only the kitchen is downstairs. The tenancy will be only for the next 5 months and can be extended if needed.
