2. Two double bedrooms upstairs. One has fitted wardrobes whilst the other has a standard one. Both rooms come furnished with bed, wardrobe and dresser.
3. A small room upstairs that can be converted to a study/WFH area.
The rent split is only suggestive. We recommend buddying up and deciding the rent between yourselves. The property is a joint tenancy agreement to the value of £3800/month
Location: Nestled perfectly in Zone 1 just off the main road, this property is located in a quiet and pleasant residential area. Nine Elms Station on the Northern line is 4 minutes walk and next to a large Sainsbury's too. Buses available within 2-4 mins walk. Vauxhall & Stockwell Stations, Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park, Tesco Express and Gyms all within 10-15 minutes walk. Very well connected - the city centre is just 10-15 mins away by bus/tube/bicycle
House stuff: There is a really lovely and spacious living room with TV and a large kitchen area with an island (I fell in love the second I walked in). We also have a small garden perfect for sunny days. There’s plenty of space in the common areas to unwind, WFH, etc. And lastly, there is a washing machine, separate dryer and dishwasher as well.
