I'll be moving out of London on 13th July and am looking for a new flatmate for our rented 3 bedroom flat in Nine Elms (zone 1) to replace me.
The remaining flatmates are Dylan and Adam (29 & 30) and are both easy-going and laid back as flatmates. Dylan is a civil-servant and part-time masters student and enjoys running and going to the gym, being very bad at racquet sports, and going to the pub. Adam works in Corporate Strategy and likes attending our local triathlon club and the occasional parkrun. They're looking for someone with somewhat similar interests to move in!
The flat is in a great location right by Nine Elms station (Northern line) and within 10 minutes’ walk of both Vauxhall station (Victoria line, National Rail) and Stockwell station (Northern & Victoria lines). Everywhere in central London is within ~30 mins (e. g. Bank, Paddington, Kings-Cross).
We're very close to a large Sainsbury's supermarket and near lots of shops, gyms, restaurants and bars. It's also within 10 minutes’ walk of both Vauxhall Park and Larkhall Park. The Thames, Battersea Power Station and Battersea Park are also all within walking distance.
A bit more about the place:
It's a newly renovated first floor furnished flat. There's a large living area with a dining table, 4K TV, and sofa, a modern kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, and a clean and spacious bathroom. There are 2 balconies with one overlooking a large, shared garden area which you will have access to.
The bedroom itself is the largest of the 3 and comes with a double bed and wardrobe, with a nice view of the shared garden.
It's worth noting that I'd like whoever moves in to buy my desk, bedside table, and chest of drawers (all of which are pictured) off me for about £250.
All of the additional bills (WI-FI, council tax, etc.) come to about £200PCM each.
