Hi - I’m moving for work, so we’re looking for a new female flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat.

The flat has one bathroom, one separate toilet, a kitchen, and a nice living room with a super comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV. Dish washer, dryer, laundry machine all work well. There’s also a garden just downstairs, perfect for relaxing.

You’ll be living with two tidy and easy-going female flatmates: one 20 years' old student graduating soon, and one professional lady who is just 60 with amazing energy, good fashion and a very young heart - you’ll love her!

Located between Nine Elms and Stockwell, with great transport links.

Bills cover gas, electricity, council tax, wifi - all covered

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, very clean, chilled, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries.
