Hi - I’m moving for work, so we’re looking for a new female flatmate to join our lovely 3-bedroom flat.

The flat has one bathroom, one separate toilet, a kitchen, and a nice living room with a super comfortable sofa, dining table, and TV. There’s also a garden just downstairs, perfect for relaxing.

You’ll be living with two tidy and easy-going female flatmates: one medical student graduating soon, and one professional lady who is just 60 with amazing energy, good fashion and a very young heart - you’ll love her!

Located between Nine Elms and Stockwell, with great transport links.

We’re looking for someone who is tidy, very clean, chilled, and respectful of shared spaces and boundaries.

Please note:

* No WFH 5 days a week
* No male overnight guests
