Double room in Nine Elms!

We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely three bed Nine Elms flat!

We are looking for someone from early October until the end of Feb, so it would be a 5 month contract (there may be potential to extend). Rent is £1000 PCM, and bills come to around £120 a month. The flat comes fully furnished. Reference checks and a deposit will be required.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Nine Elms tube station, and about 10 minutes either way from Stockwell and Vauxhall so has great travel connections. We both mostly work from home, and are open to people who also do - there is room for a small desk in the bedroom (not included).

Unseen in the pictures we have an extendable dining table in the living room, appliances include a dishwasher, separate washing machine and tumble dryer, and the landlord pays for a cleaner to come once a fortnight! Car parking permits can also be arranged.

I have lived in the flat for 2.5 years and Alex has been with us for around 6 months. We are two friends who met living in London (both 27) who love watching sport (bonus points as we are in walking distance from the Oval!), socialising with friends at the pub and cooking at home, but are equally appreciative of a chilled night in. We are looking for someone who would enjoy joining us with this, but is also clean, tidy and respectful of other peoples space.
