Description

I am looking for someone to replace me in this 3 bedroom flatshare from 2 October (the room is likely tobe available a couple of days early).

The available bedroom is bright and spacious with a window looking out to the communal garden. It comes furnished with a bed + mattress and there is a built in storage closet.
The additional furniture pictured is also available if you'd like them to remain for a small charge - 2 cube storage units and a desk.

The flat itself is spacious and well maintained and includes a shared living/dining room as well as a fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances (washing machine, fridge freezer and dishwasher).
It's close to central London (zone 1/2) it doesn't feel like it at all. It's a 1 minute walk from Nine Elms station a big Sainsburys.

There is a shared living/dining room as well as two balconies - one sunny and one shady 🙂

You will be sharing with two young
professionals (Aussie and Italian, 30-40) - one is mostly office-based and one works 50% from home.

Both flat mates are friendly and considerate of different schedules.

Bills are managed and shared equally between tenants, generally totalling £80-110 pcm (depending on the season).

Please get in touch if you'd like more info or to arrange a viewing.

Please note that the incoming tenant will need to complete referencing by 15 September to enable joining the tenancy from 2 October.
