The house is located on the edge of a quiet road with no traffic noise from the main road within a friendly, well looked after neighbourhood. Public transport is easy with the closest bus stop located 2min away and will take you to Trafalgar Square in 20m. The nearest tube stations: Nine Elms is 5min walking, Stockwell is 15 min, whilst Vauxhall is 15 min.
The house has a living room, spacious kitchen and a roof terrace. The room is bright, comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers :) Bills are NOT included in the price but they come at about to approx £143pcm. This includes gas, electricity, council tax, water, fibre and Sky TV.
Please note that the current lease is due for renewal in January 2026 and there might be a potential rent increase by then. The deposit will require £754 to go through our agency, and referencing will be required with a £50 up front charge to the agency upon selection for contractual admin update. please let us know if these requirements are suitable.
The refurbished kitchen is equipped to a very high standard, comes with all the essential appliances plus a dishwasher.
