Double ensuite spacious room in friendly flat

This is a wonderful, spacious three-bed flat and I am sadly moving out to live with my partner, so I’m seeking a replacement to join my two flatmates-- they are two chilled out, friendly gay guys, both named Ben! :)

Available end of November/start of Dec and we're midway through our 12-month tenancy ending in Aug. The flat is really solid, so preference for people who might be interested in renewing in due course. The landlord uses an agency to manage the property who are pretty responsive, we’ve had no issues with them

Location-wise, the flat is super convenient, right next to Nine Elms station, a big sains, and a stone's throw from Vauxhall and Battersea Power Station, with Battersea Park nearby

The flat itself is modern and comfortable, with a nice living area and a large kitchen, along with an outdoors yard area. There is also bike storage available in the building. The room up for grabs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and double-panoramic views. It is a good size and fully furnished.

About the other two flatmates: 26 and 32 y/o young professionals, both gay cis men and both called Ben (one from Australia)! Mutual interests include cinema, music, cooking, exercise, seeing friends, mooching around London and the odd night out every once in a while! Seeking to keep the flat a chilled out, clean and tidy living environment, with flatmates who are up for a chat and want a calm, friendly and homely vibe~.
