Bright Double Room in Modern Zone 1 Flat

Hey there!

I’m Silas, 31, working in tech sales and I’m renting out the second bedroom in my beautiful new-build two-bed, two-bath flat in Nine Elms (Zone 1).

The flat is modern, bright, and peaceful, with a balcony and great views, a gym in the building, and a Sainsbury’s literally two minutes downstairs. There is also a bit communal garden.

Transport couldn’t be better: Nine Elms Station is right next door, and Vauxhall Station is only a 5-minute walk away — perfect for commuting into central or anywhere across London.

The room comes furnished, but I’m flexible if you’d prefer to bring your own things. You’ll have your own bathroom (not ensuite but private), and we’ll share the kitchen, living room, and balcony.

A bit about me — I live a pretty balanced, relaxed lifestyle:
- Early riser, in the office 3 days a week, WFH 2 days
- Into CrossFit, fitness, and cooking healthy food
- Enjoy dinners, good conversation, and the occasional dinner party
- Not a big partier but sociable and easy-going

I have a super friendly dog named Aria, who’s often with me at the office or chilling at home — so you’ll need to be dog-friendly.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone who needs a place Monday–Friday, or for a few days a week, but I’m flexible for the right fit.
