The room is cosy and furnished with a bed, side table, drawers, shelves and wardrobe. There’s also storage in the attic (which I don’t use) so you will have free reign
Please note it’s a smaller room and there’s not really room for a desk in the bedroom but space in the living room for one if you’re hybrid and would like one

- Bills including council tax are circa £180 a month

I’m 28 (almost 29 😅) and work in insurance wfh two days and in the city three days. I enjoy cooking & baking (I’m pescatarian but happy to live with someone who isn’t!) and am pretty busy with work, yoga, Zumba and social plans during the week so like my downtime during the week and would like to live with someone similar! Definitely not a party flat although I love a glass of wine now & then and the occasional night out 🥂🫧 I’d like to live with someone who’s down to watch some trashy Netflix shows together. I have a boyfriend who visits normally around once-twice a week (I’ll also be away at his too) so need someone who’s comfortable with this.

~ 5 minutes from Nine Elms / ~ 10 mins Vauxhall / ~ 15 mins Stockwell & Oval
Near the big sainsbury’s and a short walk from a Lidl
Also, by the climbing centre and Vauxhall park
