I'm Maddy, bought this property in October 2025 and am looking for a housemate to rent the second room.
I work in Chiswick as a Data&AI Product Manager at a Sports&Entertainment company and go to the office Tuesday-Thursday.
I play netball, go to the gym and do park run. Enjoy socialising, reading, quizzes, films and exploring London.

Rules/ Preferences:
Having had experience with terrible landlords in London, I would like to make this an enjoyable experience for both parties, and ideally find a friend!
Both flatmates should communicate with common sense and respect, especially in regards to WFH timings, having friends over, inviting a partner to stay and keeping the common space clean.
Not looking for a student, someone who works night/ shifts or full time WFH.
